1-arm shuttle, suspended, 2-axis drive

Suspended system with a combination of the lifgo^® and lean SL^® series for stepwise transport of production parts in high-volume series. All drive axes are equipped with lifgo® and lean SL^®lifting units of the same sizes. Additional equipment can include grippers, suction pads, or magnets, for example.

1-arm shuttle, suspended, 2-axis drive with 5 gripper stations

The horizontal stroke is suspended; the vertical stroke has been concepted such that a second lifgo^® lifter is installed in the horizontal direction next to each vertically oriented lifgo^® lifter. The lifters are each connected and synchronized by a profile shaft. In the horizontal direction, a tensile force acts on the gear racks, which sets the pinion in rotation. This force is transferred to the vertical lifgo, and the rotation is redirected again into a linear motion (vertical in this case).

2-arm shuttle, standing, 2-axis external drive

This 2-axis-transfer-shuttle with externally mounted drives can also be designed as a 3-axis transfer gripper shuttle.
